Vegetables and fruits

On our farm organically grown dozens of varieties of vegetables.

 

Food with vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive effect upon blood sugar which can help keep appetite in check, according to Harvard scientists.

Potatos

Studies have suggested that increasing consumption of plant foods like potatoes decreases the risk of obesity and overall mortality, diabetes, heart disease and promotes a healthy complexion and hair, increased energy, overall lower weight.

Onions

Onions (black, white, Shallot, and Leek) Garlic (head), which has 138 kcal / 100 g, carbohydrates 28.1%, fat 0.15% and 6% protein.

 

Exceptionally good as medicinal ingredients in the fight against various diseases, particularly as a means of lowering cholesterol in the blood.

Carrots
